01

Find answers by shipment stage

Choose the current shipment stage first, then prepare the relevant reference, cargo data or evidence to reduce repeated exchanges.

01

Before requesting rates

Prepare origin, destination, true cargo description, attributes, pieces, weight, dimensions, packaging, declared value and required service scope.

02

Quotes and rating

Understand actual, volumetric and chargeable weight, fee breakdown, surcharges, quote validity and repricing conditions.

03

Cargo and declaration

Check whether cargo is prohibited, restricted or requires specialist review, plus packaging, labelling, SDS, assessment or permit documents.

04

Shipping and tracking

Use a tracking number or platform order ID to view current status, last updated time and events. Data synchronisation may have a reasonable delay.

05

Exceptions and claims

For damage, quantity discrepancies, loss, address or customs issues, preserve evidence and submit a ticket promptly. A submission does not establish liability or payment.

06

Enterprise and API access

Prepare the use case, lanes, cargo, calling needs, technical contact and security requirements. Specific interfaces and permissions require review and approval.

02

What to provide when contacting support

State the enquiry type, current shipment stage, time and location of the issue, cargo and packaging details, relevant quote, order or tracking reference, and a usable contact method. For an exception, attach photos, video, commercial invoice, packing list or proof of delivery when relevant. Never send passwords, verification codes or unrelated personal information.

03

Sources and responsibility boundaries

Prices and available options follow current business-system results. Restrictions, customs, contracts and claims follow effective policies, confirmed options, applicable agreements and human review. Authorities and actual service operators may make independent decisions. Help content explains general processes and does not replace case-specific confirmation.

04

Smart assistance capability boundary

Smart assistance may explain published terms and processes and guide users to complete quote data. Controlled interface calls, support tickets and human handoff are enabled only after the relevant systems are integrated and authorised. It does not estimate or change prices, promise delivery or customs outcomes, or decide claim liability or amount.
