01

Service tier definitions

Service tiers express the priorities of an option; they do not guarantee a price, fixed arrival date or unsigned service level agreement.

PRIORITY

Priority option

Places greater weight on transit time, current capacity or support response. Suitability depends on the route, cargo and available service.

STANDARD

Standard option

Balances charges, estimated transit time, tracking and operating conditions, while still requiring review of inclusions and restrictions.

ECONOMY

Economy option

Places greater weight on cost control and may involve longer waits, different handover methods or fewer supporting services.

ENTERPRISE

Tailored enterprise solution

For batch, recurring, system-integration or complex-node requirements. Scope, interfaces, support and service levels are confirmed through project review and agreement.

02

What to check when selecting an option

Do not rely on a single total or transit-time figure; compare options using the same cargo and service conditions.

Charges and rating basis

Review currency, total charge, fee breakdown, chargeable weight, minimum charges, validity and charges still to be confirmed.

Estimated transit-time definition

Confirm the start event, end event, business-day basis, schedule and customs-waiting conditions.

Cargo and route fit

Review cargo description, attributes, packaging, per-piece limits, origin, destination and required regulatory documents.

Tracking and exception support

Understand available tracking events, data update timing, exception channel and human-support scope.

03

Related services that may be combined

Pickup, declaration, clearance, warehousing and delivery are not included by default. Only items expressly listed in the option form part of its service scope.

Customs declaration and clearance

Distinguish export declaration, import clearance, document assistance and the customs authority's final decision. Duties, taxes and regulatory outcomes follow actual requirements.

Warehousing operations

Confirm location, inbound conditions, billing unit, inventory operations, packing or labelling, outbound requirements and storage restrictions.

Pickup and delivery

Confirm address range, appointment, vehicle and handling requirements, residential or remote status, delivery standard, redelivery and return rules.

Insurance or declared-value coverage

Applies only when listed and eligibility conditions are met. Coverage scope, exclusions and required documents need separate confirmation.

04

Documents and responsibilities

The shipper must truthfully provide cargo, packaging, value and declaration information. The platform and relevant service parties process information and coordinate events within the confirmed scope, while customs, regulators and actual transport operators may request more documents or make independent decisions.
